«NEFTEGAZPERSPEKTIVA» LLC («NGP» LLC) was established in June 2015 in Kolomna, Moscow Region. The main activity of the company is to provide pipeline intelligent pigging services using the inspection tools of its own design and manufacture. The portfolio of key operations includes gauging, internal cleaning, geometry and MFL inspection of oil, gas and water pipelines as well as newly constructed pipelines prior to their commissioning in operation, data analysis and generation of comprehensive technical reports, verification digs.
All of the equipment in use is of NGP’ proprietary design. Safety of its operation has been confirmed by the successful results of the appropriate tests (Certificate of Conformity of the Customs Union, International ATEX Certificate).

Pipeline gauging is an important aspect of the cleaning and inspection programs. NGP gauging pigs allow to determine whether there are the bore reductions in pipelines preventing the passage of cleaning and inspection tools.
Detection of general corrosion, pittings, mid-wall anomalies, gouges and other anomalies associated with metal loss in the pipeline wall is the basis of the pipeline asset integrity programs. High resolution MFL tools designed by NGP LLC are capable of detection and sizing such anomalies as: metal losses, circumferential cracks and girth weld anomalies; have one of the best in class capabilities in determination of defect o’clock position and traveled distance, increased probability of differentiation between internal and external defects as well as low noise ratio which allows to identify background corrosion more accurately.
Safe and efficient transportation of gas and oil by pipelines requires maintaining the pipeline interior in clean condition. Also, internal deposits, dust, construction debris affect the quality of data collection by the inspection tools. NGP LLC offers pipeline cleaning services prior to running the inspection surveys. Pipeline cleaning is performed using cleaning pigs of its own manufacture, designed based on the multi-year experience and the pipeline operator requirements.
External mechanical damage is one the main causes of pipeline failures. NGP LLC offers detection, localization and sizing services of dents, ovalities, buckles and reductions being the result of the external mechanical damage as well the movement of soils in the vicinity of the inspected pipeline.
NGP LLC multi-channel caliper tools also detect and locate pipeline installations (tees, valves, girth welds), wall thickness changes and can be used both at the stage of commissioning and also during the pipeline operation cycle.
Pipeline spatial position monitoring is one of the key objectives of a pipeline integrity management program. Landslides, permafrost ground movement, seismic activity are just some of the causes of pipeline displacement and as a result occurrence of pipelines segments with strain.
The XYZ surveys offered by NGP LLC are performed using the highest accuracy mapping equipment of the latest generation. XYZ mapping can be done both as part of the caliper inspection as well combined with the MFL run. As a result of the XYZ mapping inspection our customers receive accurate pipeline spatial position information for further strain assessment studies.
XYZ final report also contains coordinates of defects and features of the inspected object which facilitates localization during pipeline repairs.
Following the completion of the field work in-line inspection data is transferred to NGP LLC base where it is further processed and the Preliminary and then Final Technical Reports are issued. Final Technical report is the eventual outcome of in-line inspection and it is issued for each inspected pipeline segment. Final Technical Report contains information about all defects and features of a pipeline detected during inspection.
For processing of in-line inspection data and final report generation NGP LLC uses multi-purpose software package of its own design. The company engineers use the NGP LLC software to process the in-line inspection data, assess the detected anomalies for compliance with the requirements of the normative documents (on the basis of the Contract conditions), perform strength calculations and generate the resulting document – Final Technical Report which is subsequently submitted to the Customer.
The accuracy of the data contained in the Technical reports is validated by the verification digs. NGP LLC verification engineers possess the required qualification confirmed by the relevant documents, equipped with all the equipment required for verification digs and are readily available to travel onsite at the Customer requirement as part of the existing Contract.
